Craig’s, which is one of the oldest hotels in Australia, was constructed in 1853. The grand hotel has played host to some famous guests over the years, including Prince Albert, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Duke of Clarence, the Duke and Duchess of York and soprano great Dame Nellie Melba.
