A Victorian Seance

Journey into Craig’s Royal Hotel’s atmospheric bluestone cellar to witness a traditional Victorian séance. Using archives, stories and tricks of the trade, watch a medium attempt to contact the departed and raise the spirit of Ned Kelly. Limited capacity. Ages 12+. Not for the faint of heart.

Bodies in the Lake

Join us aboard The Begonia Princess paddleboat for our special Heritage Weekend history and mystery tour of Lake Wendouree. Hear the sad stories of some intriguing drownings, deaths and murders that occurred in the murky waters of the famous lake. Join historian and experienced ghost tour guide Christine Segaert for this one-hour cruise. Numbers are limited and bookings essential. Not suitable for minors.

Mystery at the Observatory

The Heritage Telescopes will be in action and all are welcome to participate in solving a Mystery at the Observatory. Includes The Baker Telescope, as seen in The Doctor Blake Mysteries.

The Ballarat Ghost Tour
